What campus residences are there?
- Corrib Village: a 764-bed apartment complex with 3- and 4-bedroom apartments. Find out more.
- Goldcrest Village: a 429-bed apartment complex with 4-, 5-, and 6-bedroom apartments. Find out more.
- Dunlin Village: a new 674-bed apartment complex with 4-, 5-, and 6-bedroom apartments. Find out more.
Where are they located?
All residences are conveniently located on the University’s North Campus.
What are the apartments like?
Each self-catering apartment has a communal hallway and a kitchen/living room that’s shared with other occupants of the apartment.
You have your own private bedroom unless you opt for a twin room (available at Corrib Village).
All apartments at Goldcrest Village and Dunlin Village have en suite bathrooms. At Corrib Village, some apartments have en suite bathroom facilities while others have shared bathroom facilities.
When applying, you choose a specific village and a preferred bedroom type.

Applications
Applications are made online and usually open for a specified number of weeks the February before the academic year for which you are applying.

Are rooms allocated randomly?
Yes. Rooms are allocated by random lottery (not on a first-come-first-served basis).
What are the rates?
Rates will be made available on this web page.
Do you have to pay a deposit when applying?
There is no fee to make an application. A deposit is only payable if you receive a room offer and wish to secure it.
What if I apply but want to cancel?
