Charges Explained
A booking deposit of €250 is required at the point of room offer to secure a reservation.
A rental deposit is also required before the start of the tenancy. The rental deposit combined with the booking deposit, is held as security during your stay and is refundable at the end of the tenancy.
Rental fees are payable in 9 instalments.
Utility charges are not included in the rent. A utility prepayment is required before check-in, which is used to cover usage during the year.
Utility consumption is reviewed monthly for each apartment, and charges are deducted from your prepayment on a pro-rata basis. If total usage exceeds the prepaid amount, you will need to pay the difference. Any surplus will be refunded to you.
