Please note that replacement keys should be requested during reception hours.

Health & Safety – COVID-19

We pride ourselves in ensuring that your stay with us runs as smoothly as possible and are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for you while you are at Goldcrest Village/Corrib Village.

We ask that only 1 representative from your family/group come to reception to check-in where possible.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, please call +353 (0) 87 2753165 for security.

Fire instructions are on the back of your bedroom door – please take note of what to do in the unlikely event of a fire.

Please ensure that all bedroom doors and windows are closed when away from apartments.

Access, Location & Parking

The main entrance from Upper Newcastle Road is open 24 hours 7 days per week.

Parking is located adjacent Corrib Village and access is from 7.00 – 23.00. Please contact + 353 (0) 87 2753165 outside of these hours.

Complimentary parking is available in Corrib Village, located directly after Goldcrest Village reception. Permits are not required for guests staying.

Maintenance Issues

Should you have any maintenance issues during your stay, please log them by emailing and we will endeavour to resolve as soon as possible.

For urgent issues, please contact reception. If, during your stay, there is an exceptional reason why a member of staff or trusted contractor may need to visit your apartment, we will inform guests with as much notice as possible and adhere to government physical distancing rules.


Laundry facilities are located between blocks B & C and can be accessed 24 hours. An app can be downloaded to gain use of the washing machines and dryers. Instructions are posted in the laundry room. Open 24 hours – Circuit laundry

Kitchen/living area is fully equipped and includes TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven. Iron and ironing boards are available in your apartment.

The residence offers complimentary Wi-Fi. Your individual login code is on the back of your bedroom door.

Linen and Heating

Linen and towels and toiletries are provided for all guests. If you require additional towels, pillow or duvet, please contact reception. Heating is centrally controlled and operates hot water.

Cleaning Schedule

Clean towels are provided. Full apartment clean with linen change once weekly. We will drop off towels during your stay if required but due to COVID-19 we will not be entering your apartment at any time during your stay. Please ensure that bins are emptied and bin liners tied at end of your stay.
