Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
Availability of prizes is subject to public health guidelines / government restrictions.
Availability of prizes is subject to the opening dates and hours of the businesses offering the prizes. The prize-winner should check the opening dates and hours of each business partaking in this competition in advance.
All prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the businesses offering prizes as part of the competition.
You must be over the age of 25 to enter this competition.
Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
To enter this competition you must like and comment on Campus Living’s competition post on Facebook (account handle is @NUIGalwayAccom)
Closing date for competition entries is Tuesday, 15 June 2021 at 3pm.
Employees (and their families) of Campus Living, NUI Galway, Pascal Coffee House, Brigit’s Garden, Rusheen Bay Windsurfing, the Kingfisher Club, and all relevant brands and all third party agencies connected to this competition are not eligible to win the competition prize.
The chosen prize-winner will be required to provide a valid email address in order to claim their prize.
The winner will be announced on Campus Living social media pages within a week of the closing date of the competition and may or may not be tagged in the posts. Once Campus Living has announced the winner, the prize must be claimed within 5 days.
The prize is a staycation for a family of up to 5, and is comprised of:• A 5-night family stay in a 4-bedroom, self-catering apartment in Goldcrest Village on NUI Galway’s beautiful, riverside, parkland campus
• PLUS a family pass to Brigit’s Garden for 2 adults and 3 kids
• PLUS free kayaking or paddle boarding rental with Rusheen Bay Windsurfing for the family (please note: anyone under the age of 8 years old cannot be taken on any of Rusheen Bay Windsurfing’s activities)
• PLUS a picnic box from Pascal Coffee House
• PLUS free family swims at the Kingfisher Club on campus, for the duration of your stay
Prize must be redeemed by 21 August 2021.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes.
Campus Living’s decision in relation to selection of prize-winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
If for any reason a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute a similar prize of equivalent value.
Campus Living reserves the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable. Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and Campus Living may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner.
Campus Living and their agents accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Campus Living, and not to Facebook. Information you provide may be used and stored by Campus Living for the purpose of carrying out the random selection of the prize-winner. The winner’s information will be used for contacting the winner of this promotion also. Campus Living will share the winner’s information (including name and email address) with Pascal Coffee House, Brigit’s Garden, the Kingfisher Club and Rusheen Bay Windsurfing.

Rusheen Bay Windsurfing terms and information:
• Anyone under the age of 8 years old cannot be taken on any of Rusheen Bay Windsurfing’s activities
• Maximum of 5 people for the prize.
• Open from 10-8 weekdays and 10-6 weekends. All rentals are 2 hours and start every 2 hours from 10am e.g. 10-12, 12-2 and so on.
• Any children must be accompanied by an adult on the water
• All of Rusheen Bay Windsurfing’s activities are weather dependent and if they deem it unsafe to go out then they do not allow people out on the water.
The prize is not in conjunction with any other offers.
