Please note that replacement key cards should be requested during reception hours. Should you require a replacement key card outside of reception hours, please call + 353 (0) 87 2753165 for assistance.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am on day of departure

We pride ourselves in ensuring that your stay with us runs as smoothly as possible and are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment to our guests.

Fire instructions are on the back of your bedroom door – please take note of what to do in the unlikely event of a fire.
Please ensure that all bedroom doors and windows are closed when away from apartments.

Access, location & parking
The main entrance from Upper Newcastle Road is open 24 hours 7 days per week.

Complimentary parking is available for Corrib Village/Goldcrest Village summer guests within the grounds of Corrib Village. Please provide your registration number at reception.
Please note that strict clamping is in operation on the University campus.
Maintenance issues
Should you have any maintenance issues during your stay, please log them by emailing info@campusliving.ie and we will endeavour to resolve as soon as possible.
For urgent issues, please contact reception on 091 527112. If, during your stay, there is an exceptional reason why a member of staff or trusted contractor may need to visit your apartment, we will inform guests with as much notice as possible.
Self-service launderettes
A self-service launderette is located between blocks B & C in Goldcrest Village (under the archway) and beside block B in Corrib Village. These can be accessed 24 hours.
An app can be downloaded to gain use of the washing machines and dryers. Instructions are posted in the launderette.
The total cost of a wash cycle plus a dry cycle is €5.50.
Ironing facilities are available in the launderette.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi at the village is complimentary. Your individual login code is on the back of your bedroom door.
Linen & towels
Apartment bookings: Guests are provided with linen and towels on arrival.
Room bookings: Towels and linen are provided on arrival. Fresh towels* are provided on the third day of your stay and fresh linen is provided every seventh day.
Should you require any additional items during your stay, please contact reception. Please note that there is an additional fee for towel and linen change requests outside of the above schedule.
*Help us to help the environment! If you would like your towels to be washed, please leave them on the floor or in the shower. Guests can choose to opt out of this however – simply leave your towels elsewhere and we will not replace them.
Cleaning schedule
Full apartment clean with linen change once weekly. Please ensure that bin liners are tied at the end of your stay.
Toiletries
Soap and shampoo/body wash are supplied on arrival. Should you require more, these items are available for purchase in our on-site shop, for an additional fee. Click here for opening hours and map location!
Waste & Recycling
Recycling facilities are available and where possible we ask you to separate your waste correctly. In the kitchen/living area, there is a compartment for each of the following waste streams:
- Food waste
- Recyclables (cardboard, plastic, paper, cartons, tins)
- General waste (all non-recyclable waste)
There is a bin outside for all of the above waste streams, and for glass.
Our outdoor bin zones are located beside reception, beside the turnstile at Goldcrest Village and beside the bungalows in Corrib Village.
Non-smoking / vaping
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking and non-vaping. There is a charge of €250 for smoking/vaping.
EAT (shop/deli/café information)
Feeling peckish? Our shop/café in Corrib Village offers freshly-made breakfast and sandwiches, hot pizza, fruit, snacks and more, available throughout the day.
Order pizza in advance for collection! Simply call 091 519299 to place an order and your pizza will be ready to collect from the shop in a matter of minutes!

PLAY (sports facilities information)
On-site facilities include:
- Tennis court - located adjacent to the playground in Corrib Village
- Soccer cages – located adjacent to the playground in Corrib Village
- Ping pong table – located in the Goldcrest Village Common Room, beside reception
The above facilities may be used free of charge, however please note that the soccer cages and tennis court must be booked at reception and a health and safety policy must be signed, in advance.
Sports equipment can be rented from reception by paying a refundable deposit. Equipment available for rent includes:
- Tennis rackets and balls
- Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks
- Ping pong paddles, balls and net
- Basketballs and pump
- Footballs
