Campus Living 2021 Photo Competition Terms and Conditions

Public Health Guidelines and Government advice/restrictions must be adhered to at all times when partaking in this competition.
To enter the competition, you must take an outdoor photo (or photos) of the University campus, or Galway county or city (e.g. interesting architecture, nature/greenery) and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #CampusLivingPhotoComp2021 and tagging @NUIGalwayAccom, by Monday, 6 December 2021 at 5pm.
Closing date for competition entries is Monday, 6 December 2021 at 5pm.
There is no limit to the number of photographs you can submit.
Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
Campus Living takes no responsibility, entry to the competition is at your own discretion.
The winning photo will be chosen by Campus Living.
Campus Living’s decision in relation to selection of prize-winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be announced on www.instagram.com/NUIGalwayAccom by Friday, 10 December 2021 and may or may not be tagged in the post, and the winning photograph will be posted on www.instagram.com/NUIGalwayAccom also.
The prize is a €50 One For All voucher and the winning photo will be put on display at Campus Living reception and may also be featured in Campus Living marketing material.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Once Campus Living has announced the winner, the prize must be claimed within 5 days.
Employees (and their families) of Campus Living, NUI Galway, and all relevant brands and all third party agencies connected to this competition are not eligible to win the competition prize.
The chosen prize-winner will be required to provide a valid email address in order to claim their prize.
The prize-winner must be a resident of Corrib Village or Goldcrest Village at the time of posting the winning photo. If not, a different winner will be selected.
Prize must be redeemed by Friday, 17 December 2021.
Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and Campus Living may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner.
If for any reason a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute a similar prize of equivalent value.
The prize is not in conjunction with any other offers.
Campus Living reserves the right to alter, amend or end this competition without prior notice in the event that circumstances make this unavoidable.
Campus Living and their agents accept no responsibility for any technical difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Campus Living, and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Information and photographs you provide will be used and stored indefinitely by Campus Living, NUI Galway for the purpose of sharing on Campus Living social media, carrying out the selection of the prize-winner and also for marketing purposes. The winner’s information will be used for contacting them also. Campus Living may share entrants’ information and submissions with NUI Galway.
Competition entrants grant Campus Living unlimited use of their submission/s. Your competition submission/s (the photograph/s you submit and title/s if any) and your name or social media account handle, may be shared/posted publicly on www.instagram.com/NUIGalwayAccom and other Campus Living social media accounts, and on Campus Living/NUI Galway websites, communications and marketing material.
Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Entries that do not comply in full with these rules will be disqualified.
