Applications for 2023-24 Will Open Soon
Applications for student accommodation, for the academic year 2023/24, at Corrib Village, Goldcrest Village and Dunlin Village
will open on Monday, 20 February 2023
and will remain open until Friday, 10 March 2023.
Students will have 3 weeks to submit an application - so there will be plenty of time to apply!
Important:
Rooms will be offered by computer-generated random lottery (not on a first-come, first-served basis) so there is no need to rush. Applying as soon as applications open does not increase your chance of being offered a room.
Only ONE application can be submitted per student so please take your time to consider all the options before you apply.
You can only apply for ONE of our villages.
Applicants must have a valid CAO number or University of Galway student number.
There is no fee to submit an application.
If you are an international student, please apply through the University of Galway International Office.
After applications close, all valid applications will be entered into a computer-generated random lottery for the relevant village. Applicants selected by the lottery will be sent a room offer by email. A booking deposit of €250 will be required at that point to secure the room.
Key Dates:

Room offers will commence in mid-March

Choose from Corrib Village, Goldcrest Village and Dunlin Village – you can only apply for ONE.
Decide which type of room in your selected village best suits your needs and budget.
Decide which of the three payment options suits you.

Submitting your application
On our website, click on the application link for your preferred village.
Use an email address that you will have access to for the next 12 months.
Once you commence your application, you’ll be sent a security verification code by email. You’ll need to enter this verification code on the application page in order to proceed to the next stage. Note that the verification code is case sensitive.
Complete all mandatory fields on the application form and then submit.
